Kala Duncan

Kala, owner of The OMNI FIT, is an industry-leading authority on sustainable health change. She’s a certified nutrition coach with over 15 years of fitness and health experience and has successfully helped hundreds of women reach AND maintain fitness goals, while preventing old patterns of yo-yo dieting. Her passion is helping women realize that their body’s appearance isn’t the most important thing in the grand scheme of a happy life, and helping them make major breakthroughs in their mindset when it comes to food, exercise, and personal relationships.

Health and wellness is more than fitness and nutrition. It is also about emotional well-being and finding purpose in becoming a better version of yourself.

Taylor Knoll

Taylor is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She is passionate about helping women break through the barriers that hold them back and gain confidence in the gym. Taylor’s expertise comes from 5 years of being “in the trenches”. Since becoming a nationally qualified NPC competitor in 2014 and Teen Nationals division winner in 2015, she has learned to maintain her health and a improve her physique while enjoying the rest of her life.

She believes that being fit isn’t just a “look”, but instead a way of life. In addition to online coaching with the OMNI FIT she’s also a personal trainer at a local gym in Montana.

Jodie Vee

Jodie, aka Coach Vee, is a certified Nutrition Coach specializing in helping women become their best self, inside and out. At 44 years old, Jodie returned to fitness after a season of major life change and raising her two children. Not only did she gain strength, but she learned more than how to be fit – she learned how to live! She changed her body by changing her mind. Jodie is no stranger to hard work and physical change. She has competed as a natural figure athlete, placing Top 3 in both Open and Masters categories. In addition to coaching with the OMNI FIT,  Jodie has 20 years experience in corporate finance. She understands the challenges many women face juggling responsibilities. She will provide you with the tools you need to build your own healthy lifestyle.

As a single mom, life is extremely challenging. Between raising my son alone and working full-time, I rarely have time for myself as things can be quite hectic and overwhelming. I’ve spent all of my life wanting to look and feel a certain way; wanting to be strong physically and mentally with a body to prove it. I’ve tried them all: cabbage soup, Atkins, Weight Watchers, South Beach, the Zone Diet, Paleo, and then Paleo-Zone. The list goes on and on.

I knew from the very first conversation that this was going to be different. I had hired trainers before, but none of them were as dedicated and personable as Kala. Her constant commitment to make sure I was well-educated of not only the training, but nutrition aspect of the program she had me on was indescribable.

Everyone’s journey is different and the definition of ‘healthy’ is defined so many ways. The picture on the left is from last November… I spent that year trying to lose the weight I had gained while pregnant with my precious son. I went pretty strictly ‘paleo’ and ‘clean eating’ and ran my butt off (literally).

Yeah, I lost my baby weight quickly, plus more, then more… and it became an addiction to the scale, an awful relationship with food. I knew deep down things had to change, I had to change, so I could live life. I was determined to ‘get healthy’ for ME. For God. For my family. A piece to getting there was I needed help. In comes Kala – she Kala became more than a coach, she became a friend, I call her my life coach!

She takes you where you are at and helps to bring you to where you want to be. The picture on the right is one year later – 11 pounds up on the scale (with a good healthy mix of body fat, lean muscle, and a bigger smile and light in my eyes) – and I feel ME again. It took a lot of support, a lot of prayers, a lot of tough love – and I did it.
