Taylor will also be helping to answer questions and provide support through our Facebook community Fit Me Forever. Her role is to encourage you along the way and offer any additional tips you might need throughout the process.

Understanding where you’re coming from and what your goals are will help us continue to design programs that will get you where you want to go. We’re in this together, starting today.
Below, you’ll see a button that will take you to an intake form. This will take you about 15-20 min in total. So, take a few minutes to fill that out so we can learn more about you.
We are all excited for your new journey to being healthier and stronger. We recognize this could be a life changing shift for you and want to do our best to educate you and offer accountability along the way.
In today’s download you are going to receive our Basic Nutrition Guidelines. This is intended to be a quick reference for you to sum up the coming week’s lesson. We will be going into depth about portion control, meal timing and providing a grocery list for you in the coming weeks.
First, let’s focus on your current food choices and aim to be more mindful as you choose your meals the next few days.
