Module No. 11
Congratulations on making it through to the end of the program! I hope you’re reading this feeling accomplished on how far you have come. I’m not exaggerating; did you know that nearly 50% of people who start an exercise/fitness program end up dropping out? You can read more in this study.
Sticking to something new isn’t easy. Our brains literally CRAVE normalcy and routine, they don’t like having to expend extra energy figuring out new problems, being able to conjure up enough self-discipline to implement new ways of living is a success in itself. You should feel proud!
Being that this is the last module, I wanted to share something a little personal in hopes you can understand the importance of what this change could mean to you.
Back in 2011 I hit an all time highest weight of 201 lbs, in all my life I had never been this heavy nor did I ever think I could get to that point. The funny thing was, my weight got to that point regardless all of the diets/routines/detoxes that I tried. It was at this time that I realized I was at an all time low. I was unmotivated, depressed, unhealthy, and overall felt very hopeless. I’m telling you all of this because the sole reason that I am where I am today is because I finally decided I was fed up with myself and DEMANDED I not live like that a moment longer. I decided that I would dedicate myself to learning as much as I could about sustainable weight-loss and in that, one day inspire others to accomplish it through the same methods. That moment in time (which I remember vividly) was by far the turning point of my entire life. Since then, I have lost 80lbs, attained a BS in Exercise Science, become a Personal Trainer, nationally qualified in my first Bikini Competition, and started working with TheOMNIFIT.
This is all because I gave myself no choice but to succeed, and you can too.
Let this program mark the first 8 weeks to your new life.
Decide from this point on that you will continue to pursue this new way of living no matter what it takes and continuously search for more information on how to do this. Invest in yourself, in your health, and in what makes you feel good at the end of a long day. This isn’t just about losing fat, it’s about becoming the best version of yourself and in turn, improving your overall quality of life.
That being said, your next step in this journey is to continue your education through our Intermediate Program, or 1-1 coaching. I know either of these would be a great option, it just depends which is best for you at this moment in time. How do you decide?
You ask yourself a few…
