This is your safe place for encouragement, questions, and day-to-day support as you balance fitness with the other areas of your life. Your membership includes ongoing progressive exercise programming aimed to build lean muscle and increase overall strength all delivered within our mobile app.
You will have the exclusive opportunity to be in a small group setting with the OMNI FIT coaches and experience community with other women on a similar journey.

Sustainability is the foundation of any successful nutrition plan. We are not into quick fixes and fads. We believe in WHOLE food that includes all food groups, yes that includes carbs and fats!

Movement
Movement is essential to good health. Our favorite is resistance training, but we believe the best exercise is what you will continue to do on a regular basis. Find something you ENJOY.
Community
We were created for community! Not only is it necessary for our emotional health, but having a community of like minded people helps you reach your goals faster and more efficiently!

Previously, “diets” consumed me, but thanks to The OMNI FIT, I feel as though I’m able to live and breathe without any reservations!
The balance that I am finally finding is helping me be a better mom and wife. I am not getting tired and moody in the afternoons like I use to. I am not telling my family we can’t eat at that place because there was nothing “healthy’ for me there. The way my kids faces looked when I ordered myself ice cream on vacation was priceless.

When I started I was not in a good place mentally or physically. I was insecure & depressed about my body. Now, I’m healthy both mentally and physically. And, I’m more confident. I am very grateful to have had such a patient, thorough, detailed, dedicated, and passionate coach. I wasn’t just handed a set diet and workout routine. My coach walked me through the process. I learned so much about food and exercise! I thought I ate healthy before, but I was wrong. And I am so thankful for the knowledge I have obtained with this program.
