These little things are bites of heaven!! Perfect for a quick snack, easy breakfast or a pre-workout grab & go. Here’s the measurements I used:
100g oats (~1 cup)
66g ground flax meal (~1/3 cup)
80g honey (~1/3 cup)
150g Peanut Butter (you could use any type of nut butter)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1. Mix everything together in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hr.
2. Roll portions into 1 inch bites with your hands. The heat from your hand will make the ingredient stick together nicely too.
Store in the fridge. My batch above made 17 bites that weighed about 20-23g each
Macros: 6g Fat/10g carbs/3g protein
You can easily add in shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, various kinds of nut butter & replace the flax with wheat germ to change it up!
