Sunday, July 1, 2018 11am – 5pm

📚 ROUND TABLE 

We’ll start the day, ocean side under a covered pavilion, where you will have 1:1 time with the OMNI FIT coaches. In this small group setting we will be leading you through the frame work of goal setting and program design. We will help you create and begin to implement the exact plan that is specific to your goals.
*Healthy snacks & lunch will be served

💪🏼 GYM TIME

After lunch we will caravan to the best gym in the seacoast where we will go over the foundational movements specific to physique development and overall health. (not powerlifting specific). You will have the option to join us in a workout or use the gym freely on your own.
*Our workout will be modifiable for any level of fitness

🍽 SOCIAL

Connection is important! We were all created for community.

After the gym, we’ll freshen up and walk over to a local restaurant. In addition to some BOMB education, goal setting and execution, we’ll be just hanging out as a group to recap the day and refuel after our workout.

You will return home refreshed and motivated with a plan in place to achieve your goals.

Who are we?

Collectively, we are a group of fitness educators passionate about helping women like you become stronger both physically and mentally – and find sustainable health without restrictive diets and crazy exercise plans. Whether you’re a female athlete training for your next competition, or a busy mom trying to balance fitness and family, we are ready to empower and encourage you – to help you live a healthy life you truly love!

Kala Duncan

Kala, owner of The OMNI FIT, is an industry-leading authority on sustainable health change. She’s a certified nutrition coach with over 15 years of fitness and health experience and has successfully helped hundreds of women reach AND maintain fitness goals, while preventing old patterns of yo-yo dieting. In addition to years of personal training and coaching, Kala is no stranger to hard work. Since 2007, she’s earned her pro-card as a natural Bikini competitor as well as taken the time necessary to switch to the Figure division. Learning to transition from a rigorous competition prep to a more sustainable approach to fitness, while still improving her mental and physical state, has allowed her to live by example.

Taylor Bloxham

Taylor is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She is passionate about helping women break through the barriers that hold them back and gain confidence in the gym. Taylor’s expertise comes from 5 years of being “in the trenches”. Since becoming a nationally qualified NPC competitor in 2014 and Teen Nationals division winner in 2015, she has learned to maintain her health and a improve her physique while enjoying the rest of her life. She believes that being fit isn’t just a “look”, but instead a way of life. In addition to online coaching with the OMNI FIT she’s also a personal trainer at a local gym in Montana.

Jodie Vee

Jodie, aka Coach Vee, is a certified Nutrition Coach specializing in helping women become their best self, inside and out. At 44 years old, Jodie returned to fitness after a season of major life change and raising her two children. Not only did she gain strength, but she learned more than how to be fit – she learned how to live! She changed her body by changing her mind. Jodie is no stranger to hard work and physical change. She has competed as a natural figure athlete, placing Top 3 in both Open and Masters categories. In addition to coaching with the OMNI FIT,  Jodie has 20 years experience in corporate finance. She understands the challenges many women face juggling responsibilities. She will provide you with the tools you need to build your own healthy lifestyle.

Absolutely!! This event is for everyone. Grab one of your girlfriends and come join us!

Are there payment plans?

How will I get there?

If you are flying, the two airports you should check out are:

  1. Boston Logan International Airport
  2. Manchester Boston Regional Airport

Most flights seem to cost less flying into Boston Logan International.

No matter which you choose, you will need to ground transportation to get to the hotel. It’s about an hour from either location & typically costs $65-100 with Uber or a private driver. If there are a group of people flying in at the same time, we can help you get a group rate on transportation to the hotel.

When you call in, let them know that you are with “The OMNI FIT”. The room rate we’ve reserved for you is $149/night and you have the choice of booking a suite with 1 king or 2 queens. Both will have a kitchenette (fridge and microwave) in the room!

Lodging is not included in your ticket price. We encourage attendees to room together! What a wonderful way to make new friends and get the most out of the weekend. Once your ticket is booked, our admin team will contact you about travel & lodging arrangements.

When should I arrive & depart for travel?

We recommend arriving Friday evening or Saturday morning or afternoon, and departing Monday morning. The Seacoast is beautiful in the Summer so we expect to have many attendees who come a day or two early to explore the area.

Will meals be provided?

Lunch and healthy snacks are provided during the event on Sunday.

Our attendees and coaches will gather for dinner on Saturday and Sunday, so we would encourage you not to make any evening plans so you can join in on the fun!

We also accommodate dietary restrictions and want to make sure you feel comfortable and healthy. You’ll have the opportunity to submit your dietary needs and lunch preferences before the event.

Why should I expect?

This isn’t like most weekend workshops or seminars where the presenter just talks the whole time — we’ve limited the spaces to only 25 women. This is because we’ll be sitting down beside you goal setting and working through the challenges that have held you back for so many years!

The morning will be casual and relaxing…. no formal presentations going on here. =)

We will be providing you workbooks to follow along as we work together to peel back layers of fear, expectation, and perfection in order to get to your purpose We’ll uncover what’s worked, what hasn’t, what you liked and what you didn’t.

THEN, we’ll dive into practical action steps to make those things happen, and discuss how you can live out your goals daily moving forward.

We’ll dig deep, establish priorities, uncover a purposeful vision for your life & health, set goals, and discover how to make what matters most happen for you.

We’ll also spend the afternoon in the gym reviewing foundational movements and exercise execution that are specific to improving our bodies physically. Everything will be modified for YOUR experience level. All experience levels are welcome. We will meet you right where you are and help you gain confidence and assurance on the way to where you’re going!

The goal is to educate you in order to prevent you from wasting ANY time with movements that won’t help you reach your goals. You will leave this event feeling refreshed and motivated!!

Why should I bring with me & what should I wear?

We want you to be as comfortable as possible! No one is here to impress others – we want to get to know the real you.

Bring comfortable gym clothes and athletic shoes for our gym time. We will have plenty of time to get changed so if you don’t want to be in gym clothes during the first part of our day that’s totally fine!!

Bring your favorite pen or pencil, any snacks you want to have with you (though we’ll have some, too!), and a light sweater in case there’s a breeze by the ocean…it can get chilly. Leave your laptop and work at home – consider this time a gift to yourself!

Is this a Faith based event?

Because we will all be telling our personal stories, including the challenges we’ve faced, faith will most likely be talked about throughout the day. However, these are personal stories, and faith is not a requirement to be a part of the event. We welcome people of all faiths and backgrounds!

Do I have to be in shape to attend?

NO WAY!!

OMNI FIT Live is personal. It’s about harnessing your passion, conquering fear, and making an active plan for the future. This translates directly into both health and personal life.

During our gym time, we look forward to helping you personalize your exercise. All experience levels are welcome. We will meet you right where you are and help you gain confidence and assurance on the way to where you’re going!

What's your refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable, but could be transferable if you notify our team before June 25th, 2018. If you’re unable to make the event, we can also save you a seat at our next event!
