Sunday, July 1, 2018 11am – 5pm
📚 ROUND TABLE
We’ll start the day where you will have 1:1 time with the OMNI FIT coaches. In this small group setting we will be leading you through the frame work of goal setting and program design. We will help you create and begin to implement the exact plan that is specific to your goals.
*Healthy snacks & lunch will be served
💪🏼 GYM TIME
After lunch we will caravan to the best gym in the seacoast where we will go over the foundational movements specific to physique development and overall health. (not powerlifting specific). You will have the option to join us in a workout or use the gym freely on your own.
*Our workout will be modifiable for any level of fitness
🍽 SOCIAL
Connection is important! We were all created for community.
After the gym, we’ll freshen up and walk over to a local restaurant. In addition to some BOMB education, goal setting and execution, we’ll be just hanging out as a group to recap the day and refuel after our workout.
You will return home refreshed and motivated with a plan in place to achieve your goals.

I'm not a client, can I still come?
Are there payment plans?
How will I get there?
Most flights seem to cost less flying into Boston Logan International.
No matter which you choose, you will need to ground transportation to get to the hotel. It’s about an hour from either location & typically costs $65-100 with Uber or a private driver. If there are a group of people flying in at the same time, we can help you get a group rate on transportation to the hotel.

When you call in, let them know that you are with “The OMNI FIT”. The room rate we’ve reserved for you is $149/night and you have the choice of booking a suite with 1 king or 2 queens. Both will have a kitchenette (fridge and microwave) in the room!
Lodging is not included in your ticket price. We encourage attendees to room together! What a wonderful way to make new friends and get the most out of the weekend. Once your ticket is booked, our admin team will contact you about travel & lodging arrangements.

Will meals be provided?
Our attendees and coaches will gather for dinner on Saturday and Sunday, so we would encourage you not to make any evening plans so you can join in on the fun!
We also accommodate dietary restrictions and want to make sure you feel comfortable and healthy. You’ll have the opportunity to submit your dietary needs and lunch preferences before the event.
Why should I expect?
The morning will be casual and relaxing…. no formal presentations going on here. =)
We will be providing you workbooks to follow along as we work together to peel back layers of fear, expectation, and perfection in order to get to your purpose We’ll uncover what’s worked, what hasn’t, what you liked and what you didn’t.
THEN, we’ll dive into practical action steps to make those things happen, and discuss how you can live out your goals daily moving forward.
We’ll dig deep, establish priorities, uncover a purposeful vision for your life & health, set goals, and discover how to make what matters most happen for you.
We’ll also spend the afternoon in the gym reviewing foundational movements and exercise execution that are specific to improving our bodies physically. Everything will be modified for YOUR experience level. All experience levels are welcome. We will meet you right where you are and help you gain confidence and assurance on the way to where you’re going!
The goal is to educate you in order to prevent you from wasting ANY time with movements that won’t help you reach your goals. You will leave this event feeling refreshed and motivated!!
Why should I bring with me & what should I wear?
Bring comfortable gym clothes and athletic shoes for our gym time. We will have plenty of time to get changed so if you don’t want to be in gym clothes during the first part of our day that’s totally fine!!
Bring your favorite pen or pencil, any snacks you want to have with you (though we’ll have some, too!), and a light sweater in case there’s a breeze by the ocean…it can get chilly. Leave your laptop and work at home – consider this time a gift to yourself!

Do I have to be in shape to attend?
OMNI FIT Live is personal. It’s about harnessing your passion, conquering fear, and making an active plan for the future. This translates directly into both health and personal life.
During our gym time, we look forward to helping you personalize your exercise. All experience levels are welcome. We will meet you right where you are and help you gain confidence and assurance on the way to where you’re going!

That’s because it’s an opportunity to IMPLEMENT, with the help of our team.
We will be personally helping you – sitting down beside you and TEACHING you about your programming. If you’re already following a customized program, we will be sure you know WHY you are doing what you’re doing and you have plans in place to continue getting results.
You’re going to walk away from the event with a SPECIFIC plan, ready to execute, with a group of like-minded women cheering you on!
