Kala Duncan
Kala, owner of The OMNI FIT, is an industry-leading authority on sustainable health change. She's a certified nutrition coach with over 15 years of fitness and health experience and has successfully helped hundreds of women reach AND maintain fitness goals, while preventing old patterns of yo-yo dieting.
Her passion is helping women realize that their body's appearance isn't the most important thing in the grand scheme of a happy life, and helping them make major breakthroughs in their mindset when it comes to food, exercise, and personal relationships.
Health and wellness is more than fitness and nutrition. It is also about emotional well-being and finding purpose in becoming a better version of yourself.

Taylor Knoll
Taylor is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She is passionate about helping women break through the barriers that hold them back and gain confidence in the gym. Taylor's expertise comes from 5 years of being "in the trenches". Since becoming a nationally qualified NPC competitor in 2014 and Teen Nationals division winner in 2015, she has learned to maintain her health and improve her physique while enjoying the rest of her life.
She believes that being fit isn't just a "look", but instead a way of life. In addition to online coaching with the OMNI FIT she's also a personal trainer at a local gym in Montana.

Jodie Vee
Jodie, aka Coach Vee, is a certified Nutrition Coach specializing in helping women become their best self, inside and out. At 44 years old, Jodie returned to fitness after a season of major life change and raising her two children. Not only did she gain strength, but she learned more than how to be fit – she learned how to live! She changed her body by changing her mind. Jodie is no stranger to hard work and physical change. She has competed as a natural figure athlete, placing Top 3 in both Open and Masters categories. In addition to coaching with the OMNI FIT, Jodie has 20 years experience in corporate finance. She understands the challenges many women face juggling responsibilities.
She will provide you with the tools you need to build your own healthy lifestyle.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does the membership start and finish?
The membership is ongoing… it starts when you do and never “officially” ends!
How is the training program structured?
In this membership, we go through the training programs together as a group for accountability and encouragement!
This program is designed to improve overall strength, conditioning and muscle tone.
Each phase is 4-5 weeks in length with regular periods of recovery (deload) built in to provide you with optimal results.
The program as a whole is customizable for any fitness level.
You will be provided with recommendations about how to choose your training scheduled based on your fitness level.
We’ll help you decide what’s best for you if you’re unsure. We want you getting maximum results out of your experience.
Do I need a Gym membership?
Yes, to get maximum benefit, having access to a gym or gym equipment would be best.
What should I expect?
After joining, you will be on boarded to our mobile app and have unlimited access – across any and all devices you own. Your will have the opportunity to join a welcome call where one of our coaches will customize your experience within the platform. As a part of your membership, you will have access to many tools and templates to further your fitness journey.
What if I am unhappy with the membership?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 7 days and we will give you a full refund. The membership is month-to-month, to cancel, email info@theomnifit.com.
