Wow! It’s hard to put into words how fun being back on stage was this weekend!!
I did my best to sum it up in this video and I shared some pretty cool progress pics at the end. Check it out and let me know what you think!!

Here’s a link to my public FB album where you can see more pics from the weekend and from the stage. Now, I’m gearing up for the NPC KY Muscle on 11/14. This week has started off great! Mentally, I’m in a great place and plan to bring a tighter improved package to the stage in 2 weeks =)
