Q: I don’t belong to a gym, I train at home, can I still use A Female's Guide to Strength Training & Cardio Resource Guide?

A: Absolutely! The Resource Guide itself EDUCATES you with HOW to construct your own training program as well as including various training templates as examples. So, you are able to use whatever tools you have access to. You’re not limited to what we have recommended for you within the templates.

There are specific templates for traveling or home training that can be performed with a variety of dumbbells, bands and a TRX style suspension system. The more advanced that you become the more load you will need to challenge yourself. So, if you don’t have the progressions available at home, having a gym will help continue to progress.

Q: I am not a beginner, can I still use the training templates provided within A Female's Guide to Strength Training & Cardio Resource Guide?

A: Yes, you can. The program was created to lead people from beginner through intermediate and advanced training phases. No fancy stuff going on here in terms of exercise variations, but you could easily add some intensity techniques of your own to the program outlined for you if you already have a solid base of weight training experience.

Q: What is Included in A Female's Guide to Strength Training & Cardio Resource Guide?

A: The Complete Resource Guide includes 8 chapters of educational material about how to build a quality training program, specifics about female fitness as well as training templates to help you execute what you’ve just learned.

Templates within in the Complete Resource Guide include total body conditioning with Abs and additional cardio recommendations to help you reach your goals while keeping weight training at a priority. The strength training templates include:

  • Exercise suggestion with variations based on your fitness level or preferences (i.e DB, BB, bands or machines)
  • Built in progressions every 2 weeks
  • The gym training templates are split into 2 phases. Each phase is 4 weeks in length with recommended progressions.
  • You will also have access to our exercise library & private community group “Fit Me Forever” on Facebook to ask questions and share encouragement!
Q: What if I’m not familiar with the exercises or the names?
A: You will have access to our exercise library to learn exercises you might not know. Many of the variations also have links provided directly on the templates for you. Keep in mind, most of these names are also universal so you can always use google. =)
Q: Does this include coaching?

A: No, you will not be paired with a personal coach, but you will have access to our private community group in Facebook where you can post your training videos/picture and ask questions. All of The OMNI FIT coaches will be readily available to answer questions and provide encouragement and support throughout your program.
