This is one of my favorite recipes and it’s so macro friendly. You can basically modify the ingredients to be whatever you’d like. The egg whites and flax meal are what make the texture very “crepe”- like. =)

You have to try this out!!

Ingredients:
– 183g liquid egg whites
– 13g ground flax seed meal
– 1/4 teaspon vanilla extract
– 2 pkts Splenda (optional)
– sprinkle some cinnamon
– 2 grinds of salt
Total Macro Nutrients (not including filling): 23g Protein/5.5g Fat/19g Carb/4g fiber

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wisk and pour into a hot skillet. Fill with the toppings of your choice.
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 5-10 min depending how many crepes you cook (~1 min per crepe)
