Technique Tuesday: Deadlift

This is our 2nd installment of “Technique Tuesday” and this month the featured lift is the deadlift. If you missed the first you can check it out here. So, you are able to walk away with a clear understanding of how to improve this lift as well as be able to review your lifts and looks for similar areas of improvement.
